The appointment form on our website is designed to make reaching the clinic easier. You can create a message draft with your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your preferred date. The explanations shown beneath the fields indicate which information is required.
Once you complete the form you can see the prepared message on the page. When you open the WhatsApp link, the draft message is transferred to WhatsApp; you decide there whether to send it. Up to this point, the form data is not saved to a database on our site.
The message sent is an appointment request. The day and time are finalised together based on availability at the clinic. If you do not use WhatsApp, you can call 0242 228 01 00 or reach us via the email link on the contact page.
